Sound Massage works with sound vibration to tune into the natural rhythm of our bodies, muscles and organs.

This is achieved by placing special therapeutic metal bowls strategically on the body and gently tapping them with mallets to create a sound vibration. These gentle vibrations have a soothing effect upon deep facial tissue allowing regenerative processes to take place at all levels – physically, mentally and emotionally.

The bowls are placed on the body, over your clothing and vary in weight inducing a nurturing balance of relaxation. The sounds move from low frequencies to high frequencies. This can induce a rapid soothing state of deep relaxation and in many this transforms into a sense of self-awareness and reconnection.

During this experience, sound bowls are placed on specific chakra points, over your clothing, allowing their steady vibrations to clear blockages and restore the natural flow of energy.
